Petter talked about challenges from a logistics perspective and the importance of having a logistics strategy that is used and communicated throughout the company. The shortage of logistics professionals in comparison to buyers, is one of the big challenges in the construction industry today.

His advice to construction companies? Focus on developing expertise in logistics and start with smaller projects!
